POCIS (People of Color in Independent Schools) Seattle is a consortium of independent schools, and it exists to help people of color thrive in independent schools. Students of color can be found in all POCIS Seattle schools throughout our region — and we hope that more students and families will join us!

The NWAIS-accredited schools of POCIS Seattle have distinct personalities, teach a variety of grade ranges and employ curricula and teaching methods that align with their missions.
